Please read these terms carefully before using Holidra.

1. Booking Policy

  • • Minimum booking duration is 2 hours
  • • Bookings must be fully paid before confirmation
  • • Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced
  • • Extra time used will be charged accordingly

2. Payment Policy

  • • Payments must be made via Holidra Paybill (Royal Lux)
  • • Cash payments are not allowed
  • • Bookings are confirmed only after payment
  • • Full price breakdown is shown before payment

3. Commission Policy

  • • Holidra charges a 12% commission per booking
  • • Users can view total amount, commission, and payouts
  • • Commission is automatically deducted

4. Cancellation Policy

  • • 24-hour bookings: cancel up to 24 hours before
  • • Hourly bookings: cancel up to 30 minutes before
  • • Late cancellations incur a 50% penalty
  • • Same rules apply to hosts

5. Refund Policy

  • • Refunds depend on cancellation timing and complaints
  • • Refunds available if property is not as described
  • • Processed within 3–7 working days

6. Time Usage Policy

  • • Booking time starts exactly at check-in
  • • Guests must vacate on time
  • • Late checkout incurs extra charges
  • • Early check-in is not guaranteed

7. Host Responsibilities

  • • Provide accurate listing details
  • • Upload real and updated photos
  • • Maintain cleanliness and safety
  • • Be available for communication
  • • Violations may lead to suspension

8. Guest Responsibilities

  • • Respect property and house rules
  • • No damage or illegal activities
  • • Do not disturb neighbors
  • • Do not exceed guest limits
  • • Violations may lead to penalties

9. Cleaning Policy

  • • Properties must be cleaned before every booking
  • • Bedsheets must be changed
  • • Cleaning window must exist between bookings
  • • Poor cleanliness may lead to removal

10. Reviews & Ratings

  • • Users can review after bookings
  • • Reviews must be honest and respectful
  • • Fake or abusive reviews may be removed

11. Communication Policy

  • • Users may communicate via chat or phone
  • • Communication must remain respectful
  • • Harassment is strictly prohibited

12. Safety & Security

  • • Hosts must provide a safe environment
  • • Guests are responsible for belongings
  • • Holidra is not liable for loss or misuse

13. Listing Accuracy

  • • Listings must reflect actual property
  • • Misleading listings will be removed
  • • Repeated violations lead to bans

14. Wallet & Withdrawals

  • • Hosts can withdraw earnings
  • • Timelines and limits may apply
  • • Full transaction history is available

15. Booking Management

  • • Hosts can accept or reject bookings
  • • Hosts must respond promptly

16. Notifications

  • • Users receive booking and payment updates
  • • Notifications via app, email, or SMS

17. Customer Support

  • • Support available via website
  • • Call Me Now feature available

18. Dispute Resolution

  • • Holidra reviews disputes
  • • Final decision is made by Holidra
  • • Users must cooperate

19. Account Suspension

  • • Accounts may be suspended or banned
  • • Reasons include fraud or policy violations

20. Platform Usage

  • • Users must use platform responsibly
  • • Bypassing payments is prohibited
  • • Violations lead to penalties
